For Knowledgebase users who have a
Knowledgebase user name and password before June 1,
2003:
- If you have not previously registered for a My Océ
account, you will need to do this by clicking on the
'Create Profile' button on the page that follows:
 
After creating your My Océ account, you will
be taken to a screen to enter your old knowledgebase
username and password. After this first visit, you
will be able to access the Knowledgebase directly
whenever you are logged into your My Océ account,
by simply entering your My Océ password.
- If you have already registered for the My Océ
system, you will need to login using your email address
and the password you specified when creating your
account:
You will then be taken to a screen to enter your old
knowledgebase user name and password. After this first
visit, you will be able to access the Knowledgebase
directly whenever you are logged into your My Océ
account, by simply entering your My Océ password.
For first time Knowledgebase users:
- The process will be the same as above EXCEPT when
you are taken to the Knowledgebase Registration form
leave the fields blank and click the Submit/Proceed
button.
- If you have not previously registered for a My Océ
account, you will need to do this by clicking on the
'Create Profile' button.
Within 4 business hours your account will be activated
and you will receive an email confirmation that you
are able to access the knowledgebase whenever you
are logged into your My Océ account, by simply
entering your My Océ password. If you If you
